Underfoot Feel

You may also have to run on hard packed ground before you get to more technical trails. The Peregrine 13 outsole lugs perform on both types of terrain, meaning you can run where you want to.

As the Peregrine 13 features Saucony's protective PWRRUN cushioning, your feet should feel comfortable on firm surfaces. Should you land on a sharp rock or tree route, you'll be protected by the extended rock plate in the midsole.

Upper Fit

Trail running shoes normally have stronger and more durable uppers than road running shoes. This is because heading off-road can involve running through some pretty rough terrain. A high-abrasion net mesh in the Saucony Peregrine 13 upper stops debris from entering the shoes. It's also very durable and helps reduces the effects of harsh terrain.

Ideal Run Type

In our opinion, the Saucony Women's Peregrine 13 trail running shoes are perfect for runners who explore different trails. That's because the grip and cushioning perform well on so many surfaces. Even running on the same trail on alternate days can be completely different, based on how wet or dry it is. If you want to be ready for any challenge, these are a great choice.
